This page explains the role of RealtyHub as a digital MLS platform and contains important legal disclaimers and limitations regarding the use of the platform.
Platform Role
RealtyHub is a digital property listing, data hosting, and search platform only.
RealtyHub does not act as a real estate agent, broker, intermediary, or representative and does not provide real estate agency services, brokerage, mediation, negotiation, valuation, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
RealtyHub does not participate in real estate transactions and does not represent buyers, sellers, owners, landlords, tenants, or properties, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Listings & Information Source
Property listings and related information displayed on the platform are submitted by Users, including property owners, licensed real estate agents, developers, institutional owners, employees, assistants, or other representatives (platform "Users").
RealtyHub does not independently verify:
- property ownership, mandates, or authorisation
- title or legal status
- availability or pricing
- professional licensing or capacity
- any other listing details
All listings and related information are provided for informational and marketing purposes only.
Self-Declared Roles
User roles, company affiliations, and listing identities displayed on RealtyHub are self-declared and provided for informational purposes only.
RealtyHub does not:
- verify professional status or licensing
- confirm authority or mandates
- determine whether a user's activities require licensing or regulatory authorisation
Responsibility for lawful conduct lies entirely with the user and, where applicable, their declared company.
No Agency Relationship
Use of the platform does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or other relationship between RealtyHub and its Members.
RealtyHub is not a party to any communication, negotiation, agreement, or transaction between Users and\or general audience and bears no responsibility for their outcomes.
Media & Content
Images, videos, floor plans, and descriptions may include edited, digitally enhanced, or virtually staged content and may not fully reflect the actual condition of a property.
Platform visitors and Users are responsible for independently verifying all property details.
No Warranties
RealtyHub makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of listings, the availability of properties, or suitability for any particular purpose. All information is provided on an "as is" basis.
Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and RealtyHub's Privacy Policy. Owner identities and contact details are displayed only where permitted or where the owner is the listing contact.
Relationship to Documents
This page complements and does not replace the Terms & Conditions, MLS Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy. In case of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions and MLS Disclaimer prevail.
